The managing attorney is George A. Helm III. Mr. Helm is a former partner in the law firm of Langston, Hess, Bolton, Znosko and Helm, P.A. George has over eighteen years experience in worker’s compensation defense for governmental entities, is Florida Bar Board Certified and AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.

In addition to Mr. Helm, PELS also employs Mr. John Sung, Esquire, and Mr. George Boring III, Esquire.  Mr. Sung has over fifteen years experience and Mr. Boring has over eleven years experience in workers' compensation defense. Working with these attorneys are two paralegals, two legal assistants and clerical support.
