PGCS utilizes a dedicated Subrogation Unit to pursue reimbursement from at-fault third parties. Our current recovery rate is 54% of the claim cost expended.

PGCS has a dedicated Excess Reporting Unit for communication to and securing reimbursements from the excess or reinsurance carriers.

We also provide a Special Investigation Unit (SIU) to pursue fraudulent claims and offer rewards up to $10,000.00 for arrests and convictions of persons committing workers' compensation fraud. This service is available via a 24 hour, seven days a week hotline.

PGCS has a dedicated in-house nursing staff and bill review / audit team.
